Arts & Cultural Trainer, CBP (Contractual); HCMP

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Develop lesson plan and work with programme coordinator to ensure that the curriculum meets professional standards
Ensure quality Arts & Culture programming by guiding COMs in developing, advertising, and managing programs throughout the camp
Interact directly with youth and adult participants and community partners in a professional, respectful, and collaborative manner
Plan and present art activities in a non-judgmental, non-directive and supportive manner, adapting to the individual needs of the COMs and Programme
Supervise volunteers and teen assistants on site and be available to provide support
Assist COMs Coordinator in any training and other issue
Constructs a weekly or monthly educational lesson plan while following our signature format



Educational Requirements: Bachelors or Masters in Fine Arts from any reputed university/ institutions


Experience Requirement: Minimum 2 years of experience relevant field

Additional Requirements:
Excellent skill in training facilitation
Knowledge of planning and implementation
Sound knowledge of arts & culture activities
Ability to handle a large team
English: fluency in the language
Familiar with MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
Excellent team spirit and community mobilisation skill
