Position: Livelihood Coordinator, GBV (Contractual); HCMP

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Oversee and coordinate the operation of all the MPWC and WDF
Provide technical and managerial supervision to the staff including giving guidance, advice on their work, maintain attendance record and monitor and evaluate their performance
Implement project activities in accordance with the project guidelines and targets (Community mobilization, identifying livelihood skills & income generation opportunities)
Design work plan and manage the implementation of protection and livelihood interventions in the targeted camps and host community
Lead to develop strategy for Rohingya livelihood activities, with emphasis on responses to the perceived needs
Support the quality control means provided by the line manager, and ensure the reporting about capacity gaps
Gather and report marketplace information, communicate organisation message to the communities
Organise quarterly linkage meeting with local service provider, market committee & value chain actor
Identify women from host community and provide seed fund
Meeting with private sector, training institutions and local government on explore partnership
Ensure that M&E frameworks and standards are integrated within the programme and regularly implemented
Submit monthly and quarterly reports by collection of information and data from the field, data analysis, and reporting documentation
Provide technical support and ensure staff capacity building
Work with donor to create ongoing partnership
Attend and participate in Upazila coordination meeting in Ukhiya & Teknaf
Educational Requirements:
Bachelors or Masters in any discipline from any recognised university/ institutions
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
Additional Job Requirements:

Strong coordination skill and able to implement programme in a challenging work environment
Knowledge of humanitarian principles, standards and system
Experience in working with partners (NGO/ CSO) and multi-sectoral stakeholders
Strong leadership capability with able to supervise and manage a multi-disciplinary team in a cross-culture setting
English: fluency in the language, expected to work independently using the language required, to prepare a variety of written communications (correspondence, reports, working papers, etc.), to participate actively in meetings and in work related discussions
Familiar with MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
