Programme Support Associate, GBV (Contractual); HCMP

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Ensure every center has all the required equipment, furniture and utility services
Ensure all logistic supports to the staff if and when necessary
Identify key skill development areas (Training Need Assessment) according to the need and choice of community women
Assist Livelihood Coordinator to identify method of training and effective delivery of training to the beneficiaries
Collect & Preserve weekly reporting documents and prepare modified reports if necessary
Support the line manager to ensure quality control and reporting about capacity gaps module
Coordinate regular training sessions
Maintain correlation with field level stakeholders
Work closely with Senior Case Worker
Work as a custodian of all kinds of top sheets, team receipts, and financial reports



Educational Requirements: Bachelors or Masters in any discipline from any recognised university/ institutions


Experience Requirement: Minimum 2 years of experience in relevant field

Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of humanitarian principles, standards and system
Experience supervising and managing a multi-disciplinary team in a cross-culture setting
Ability to handle a large team.
Familiar with MS Office, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint.
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
