Position: Senior Manager, Financial Planning; Finance and Accounts

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Review, modify as needed and ensure financial projection are accurate, realistic, cost-effective and aligned with compliance standards with BRAC Strategy and overall goals.
Prepare and maintain monthly, quarterly, bi-annual and annual financial progress reports and statutory accounts as required.
Improve general financial management and reporting procedures.
Develop capacity on financial management, transparency, accountability and knowledge sharing.
Assist to forecast and develop budgets, financial and business plans for programmes.
Develop budget linked plans and monitoring mechanism.
Maintain accounts of Programme Support Enterprises (PSE) as per BRAC rules and regulations
Follow up and address issues identified in BRAC financial reports and Audit observations
Educational Requirements:
Masters/ MBA major in Finance/ Accounting from any reputed university or institutions with minimum 2nd division/ class in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience is required
Additional Job Requirements:

Have knowledge on forecasting, planning and modeling skills and reporting Have skills on MS Office
Have knowledge on Atlas, using office software packages, SPSS and relevant software
Have competencies on planning and organizing, teamwork and collaboration
