Special Projects Manager, Technology Division

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Assist the project team to provide a professional Project and Design Management service internally and externally, as directed by BRAC PMU.
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
Participate in the design of project management processes and budget planning.
Ensure resource availability and allocation.
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs.
Build and maintain good working relationships with clients to ensure complete customer satisfaction and good prospects for future business.
Coordinate and ensure smooth operation of multiple projects from start to finish.
Fill in for project managers by managing daily operations in their absence.
Responsible for directing the project team to manage the project scope, budget and schedule.
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques.
Focus on technology division AOP objectives, activities and deliverables.



Educational Requirements: BSc / MSc / MBA in Computer science /Information technology/ Finance/ Accounts/ Management from any recognised university.


Experience Requirement: 3 to 4 years of experience in relevant field.

Additional Requirements:
Collaborate with other project team members to assist them for managing their projects.
Assist Programme Head / SME’s relate to their strategic vision related to project management.
Coordinate with the external project management team working for BRAC.
