Project Lead, Technology Division
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Coordinate all kind of communication with the BRAC programme directors, identify their business needs and assist in developing a solution which is cost effective and ensure return on investments (ROI).
Execute provided major guidance to internal PMU team and relevant tech team to prepare rollout of tech pilot and large scale special projects.
Assist the head of PMU for design, develop and implement the project management best practices.
Mentor and coach the PMO and business project teams to effectively implement the project delivery approach.
Work directly with Business Services teams (as well as internal and external project partners where appropriate) to devise, develop and deliver appropriate and proportionate systems to evaluate key activities at a project level.
The Project Lead is expected to possess a strong leadership in a complex and matrix projectile environment to ensure that project management best practices are followed properly.
Responsible and ensure that information recorded in both electronic and hard copy meets with internal and external audit standards.
Requirements
Educational Requirements:
BSc/ MSc/ MBA preferably in CSE/ IT or related discipline from any recognised educational institute with minimum second class/ division or equivalent GPA / CGPA in all academic examinations. Applicants with PMP / Prince2 certification will be privileged.
Experience Requirement:
At least 5 years of working experience in relevant field
Additional Requirements:
Have knowledge on project management methodologies and framework.
Have knowledge on the skills, tools and techniques of project management framework (PMI or Prince2).
