Senior Manager, Grants Coordination (PRL)

Job Description/Responsibilities:
Build and maintain systems of grants management for the organisation
Develop needs assessment tools for the organisation to identify the programmatic funding needs and create a global donor map
Build project reporting calendar and pipeline and ensure proper maintenance by relevant focal persons
Develop grants management pipeline and dashboard using Customer Relationships Management software and ensure adoption by BRAC family
Coordinate processes to explore new funding opportunities, generate leads, and share forecasted funding opportunities with BRAC and BRAC International programme, country offices, etc.
Build organisational capacity in grants management
Ensure compliance with donors and partners in audit reviews, mid-term and year end reviews, due diligence, etc.
Facilitate the checklist development for standard compliance practice for various donors, unified go/no-go process checklist, standard due diligence templates, etc.
Assess programme performance vs target to increase the overall performance of grant utilisation
Check quality of donor reports and ensure timely submission

Requirements

Educational Requirements:
Bachelor in Social science or relevant subject from any recognized University with Minimum CGPA 2.5 and above.

Experience Requirement:
Minimum 5 years’ experience in development or related field; ideally would have experience working in a number of different functions ( programme management, resource mobilisation, fundraising, etc.) and core experience in grants coordination using global standard grant management tools and procedures.
