Senior Manager, Adoption, Technology Division

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Lead and strategically guide on developing ownership of delivered tech projects inside BRAC.
Engage relevant stakeholder and coordinate between tech team and programme team to establish shared responsibility during pilots/PoC of tech products.
Provide major guidance to internal PMU team and relevant tech team to prepare rollout of tech pilot and large scale special projects.
Work with technology senior leadership team to develop implementable roadmap for adopting technology based solutions for BRAC programmes.
Communicate stakeholders inside BRAC programme for maximising product feedback in order to make sure programmes active participation in the solution development phase.
Maintain internal communication with project leads and coordinators and provide assistance on developing impact/outcome report for delivered products.
Provide major strategic guidance in order improve user experience on provided managed services/products by technology division.
Guide the development team and negotiate with project stakeholders on desirable features.
Provide early feedback to BRAC programmes/people and ensuring proactive follow up communication to project leads and BRAC programmes.
Provide leadership and advice team to prepare reference manuals, product prototyping, concept notes product overview/portfolio, product promotional content/video/events, technical overviews, brochures, newsletter etc.
Guide the UAT development by internal QA engineers.
Ensure UAT implementation by internal QA engineers.



Educational Requirements: BSc/ MSc/ MBA preferably in CSE/ IT/ Finance/ Accounts/ Management or related discipline from any recognised educational institute with minimum second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations.


Experience Requirement: 4-5 years of relevant experience on handling project management and designing service delivery of medium to large scale ICT projects.

Analyse need assessment and communicate stakeholders.
Remain docused on Technology division AOP objectives, activates and deliverables.
