Position: Sr. Manager, Cloud for Technology Division

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Analyzes BRAC business and Cloud Vendor technical requirements to ensure that functional, technical, and programmatic changes adhere to cloud vendor standards
Develops and manages the annual maintenance plan and schedule for updates, changes and patches.
Develops, manages, tests and provides support to multiple enterprise wide cloud based systems and services; designs, recommends, and supports enterprise-wide computing systems, and related infrastructure, e.g.,load balancer, performs system interaction design and develops policies, procedures and standards related to the development and maintenance of cloud based systems.
Coordinates and schedules planned changes and new releases with cloud vendors.
Manages change requests for all cloud activities, and tracks all events associated with those activities in order to maximize systems availability and avoid errors.
Physically migrates software and programs between environments and within the Cloud.
Coordinates vendor resources responsible for migration of developed software between Development, Test, Integration, and Production computing environments.
Ensures documentation is maintained for application programs, 3rd party interfaces and 3rd party software utilized in the cloud
Facilitates the resolution of issues and disputes with cloud vendors and escalate to senior management as needed
Maintains current knowledge of a recognized “Root Cause Analysis” methodology and conducts system outage analysis to prevent the reoccurrence of incidents
Defines and reports key performance indicators to monitor service health or Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
Educational Requirements:

Minimum Bachelor of Science in MIS/Software Engineering/Computer Science or relevant field from any recognized University with CGPA 2.5 and above.
Experience Requirements:

Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a large scale, complex IT environment supporting enterprise class systems.
Additional Job Requirements:

Experience of migrating significant workloads to cloud
Experience of defining hybrid data center strategies
Knowledge of key upcoming regulations and market developments within the financial services industry and the potential impact on technology infrastructure
