Position: Senior Manager, Vendor Contract, Technology Division

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Provide major guidance and develop polices and procedures in order to efficiently manage the contract management of ICT services/products offered by external vendors partner
Provide major guidance on contract management of ICT services/products delivered by tech team
Ensure strong financial vetting from relevant stakeholders on new or existing contract
Ensure strong Legal vetting from relevant stakeholders on new or existing contract
Develop contract template for new any new contract development(MOU, Memo, billing)
Provide Major guidance on Tech budget development
Ensure timely process of technology billing from other programmes
Ensure and follow up on Technology budget and expenditure
Forecast Tech income and prepare yearly income plan and provide early alert to senior management of any pending or delayed budget or billing approval
Lead the planning of Tech budget and making sure proper allocation in every relevant areas
Educational Requirements:
BSc/ MSc/ BBA/ MBA preferably in CSE/ IT/ Finance/ Marketing/ Management or related discipline from any recognised educational institute with minimum second class/ division or equivalent GPA / CGPA in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
At least 3 years of experience in relevant field

Must have knowledge on contract management
Skills on vendor management and IT Budget development
Financial forecast development for showing cost vs revenue growth
Project budget development
Knowledge on Legal and financial related issues in contract management
Strong negotiation skill
