Position: Lead, Protection (Contractual); Humanitarian Crisis Management Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Oversee implementation and monitoring of SGBV, CBP, Legal Protection & Protection Monitoring activities
Ensure effective strategic planning and overall management including HR, Budget and operations
Maintain a good coordination with different stakeholders, and contribute in networking
Maintain regular communication with partners/ donors for implementing high standard program activities and advocacy with the relevant stakeholders
Participate and contribute in Protection Task Team, Protection working group, PSEA, GBV Sub sector and GBV IMS groups and update organization contribution
Prepare technical specifications, Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) and Guidelines for program/sector
Prepare reports for Head Office, Donors, Government and UN agencies and internal stakeholders on regular basis
Ensure quality of Program implementation and establish and maintain a strong accountability mechanism
Manage budget expenses on time for ensuring effective budget management
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s in law/ psychology/ social work or any other relevant subject from any recognised university/ institution. Candidates having PhD in relevant subject are highly encouraged to apply
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in the field of Protection, GBV in refugee settings of any INGO or UN agencies is required

Have effective acquaintance with people management, and donor management
Have excellent knowledge and understanding of local communities and customary rules
Have excellent writing, reporting, and analytical skills
