Manager, Compensation and Benefits; Human Resource and Learning Division

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Ensure the basic compensation structures in the organization (grading system, job evaluation system and benefit arrangements) are aligned with the organization’s overall strategy and HR vision
Review existing benefit arrangements to assess whether they are current, competitive and aligned with the strategy of the organization
Recommend new benefit programs to management by studying employee requirements and market trends
Coordinate market surveys to ensure competitive and appropriate compensation structure for the organisation
Coordinate compensation processes like; cost of living adjustment, grade and salary review, incentive schemes planning etc
Coordinate and supervise the work activities of compensation specialists and other members in the team.
Design the set of different compensation and benefits policies
Lead different HR Projects not just from the compensation and benefits area



Educational Requirements: MBA or Masters major in Human Resource or Finance from any recognized University or Institute with minimum 2nd division or equivalent CGPA.


Experience Requirement: 3 to 5 years of experience in related area is required.

Additional Requirements:
Knowledge of Compensation and benefit strategy and practices
Knowledge of Job Evaluation method and organizational structure
Human Resources Knowledge of principles and procedures for recruitment, compensation and benefits, labor relations and information systems
Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning and resource allocation
Strong and proven analytical skills
