Position: Officer, MIS (Contractual), Humanitarian Crisis Management Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Develop web-based MIS system that will fulfil the requirement of projects' M&E System
Identify, accumulate & analyze data which used by management to plan, evaluate and control the programme
Prepare MIS reports for both the internal management and external stakeholders on a regular basis and as per necessity
Assist in policy development to ensure data accuracy and security of HCMP
Ensure effective development of monitoring and evaluation system to include indicators, tools, and methods of data collection and analysis as well as frequency of data collection
Assist in development and implementation of standard MIS across all sectors of HCMP with efficiency and cost-effectiveness
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Educational Requirements:
Master's or Bachelor's in CSE/ MIS or any other relevant subject from any recognised university/ institution with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in Management Information System especially of NGO. Candidates should have Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, PHP, MySQL, KoBo and App Development
