Assistant Manager, Human Resource (Contractual), HCMP
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Recruit, train and develop staff as per planning and necessity.
Ensure candidates have the right to work at the organization.
Assist in Organizational Development, Policy Formulation, General Circulation, and other spheres of strategic activities.
Assist AGM and Manager, HR in decision making in HR best practices.
Assist Payroll Manager on compensation & benefits analysis.
Prepare job descriptions and advertisements if and when needed.
Monitor the health, safety and welfare of all employees.
Organize & coordinate staff training sessions and activities.
Monitor staffs’ performance and conduct KRA & KPI analysis accordingly.
Provide advice to line managers and other employees on employment law and the employer's own employment policies and procedures.
Negotiate salaries, contracts, working conditions with staff and representatives.
Monitor and work on employees’ grievance issues.
Execute any other task assigned by management.
Requirements
Educational Requirements:
BBA/ MBA/ Masters in any relevant discipline from any recognised University/ Institutions with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in academic examinations.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 02 years of experience in Human Resource Management
Additional Requirements:
Resourceful with HR concepts and IT knowledge. Ability to use IT skills and HR concepts in daily activities will be considered as an added advantage
Ability to work under pressure or in emergency situations
Have standard knowledge on General HR Policies/ Laws/ Practices.
Coaching, Counseling and Presentation skill
Problem solving & decision making on different issues
