Assistant Manager, Automation Unit, Microfinance

Job Description/Responsibilities:

To understand different process and system automation related requirements of different units of Microfinance & properly translate the requirements into clearly understandable business and technical documents for system developers.
Design process or system solution by preparing and evaluating alternative workflow.
Control and maintain solution by establishing proper coordinating with solution provider.
Validates results by testing software solutions and processes.
Ensures operation by providing technical training to related stakeholders.
Provides reference by writing documentation and preserve for future.



Educational Requirements: B.Sc./M.Sc./ MBA preferably in Computer Science/ IT/ MIS or from relevant discipline from any recognised educational institute with minimum 2nd Class or equivalent CGPA in all academic examinations.


Experience Requirement: Minimum 2-3 years of experience as business analyst or software project management specialist.

Additional Requirements:
Accomplishes information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed.
