Officer/ Senior Officer, Human Resource (Contractual), HCMP

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Coordinate & organise recruitment & selection process.
Ensure, coordinate and facilitate the on boarding of new staffs.
Liaising with a wide range of people involved in policy areas and ensure its compliance. Deal with employee requests regarding human resources issues, rules, and regulations.
Identify, retain & develop the talents coordinating with the concerned HR unit.
Take part in different Employer Branding initiatives for increasing the organisational brand value.
Participate & organize different training, meeting and forum.
Strengthen rapport with the staffs & build a brand image of HRD by visiting the branch offices on a regular basis.
Ensure on time performance appraisal in qualitative manner & actively involve with the program people to make it effective.
Handle complaints and grievance as per organisation policy & procedures and involve with internal investigations process.
Process documentation and prepare reports relating to HR activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations etc.).
Promote equality and diversity as part of the culture of the organisation.



Educational Requirements: BBA/ MBA/ Masters in any relevant discipline from any recognised University/ Institutions with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations.


Experience Requirement: Candidates having experience in Human Resource Management will get preference. Fresher are also encouraged to apply.

Additional Requirements:
Resourceful with HR concepts and IT knowledge. Ability to use IT skills and HR concepts to in daily activities will be considered as plus.
Coaching, Counseling and presentation skill
Problem solving & decision making on different issue
