Deputy Manager, Finance Procurement; Finance and Accounts
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Attend tender opening meetings, listings and signing relevant documents
Attend price negotiation meetings and signing comparative statements after finalising vendors
Participate in “Vendors’ Enlistment” process through market verification.
Cash (Direct) purchases with the concern Program and Procurement personnel
Verify and finalise different product samples
Involve in stocktaking of spare parts from transport workshop
Participate in scrap sales process of workshop
Engage in revision of contract prices as per market rates after stipulated time frames mentioned in contracts
Requirements
Educational Requirements:
MBA/ BBA from Finance or Accounts or any relevant subject with minimum 2nd class/ division in all academic examination
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 2 years’ of relevant experience is required
Additional Requirements:
Have knowledge on product, market and procurement process
Have interpersonal, communication and analytical skills
Have strong writing capabilities both in English and Bengali
Have excellent knowledge on MS Office
