Psychologist/ Applied Psychologist, Mental Health and Psychosocial Support, HCMP; (Contractual)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Facilitate training on ‘Psychosocial support’
Develop and modify training module
Visit field and monitor the CFS Centre (Children Friendly Space)
Provide psychological first aid services in emergency situations
Coordinate Field research activities
Conduct FGD and report writing
Prepare all kind of internal and external donor reports
Facilitate national and international visitors and donors for visiting purpose in the camps
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so



Educational Requirements: M.Sc in Psychology or relevant discipline from any recognised University/ Institutions


Experience Requirement: Minimum 1 year of experience in relevant field will get preferenc

Additional Requirements:
Arrange different seminar related to service
Ability to work under pressure or in emergency situations
Have standard knowledge on related field.
Coaching, Counseling and presentation skill
Problem solving & decision making on different issue
