Centre Manager (Project); Health Nutrition and Population Programme


Job Description/Responsibilities:

Perform all kinds of administrative works in context of management decision
Supervise and monitor of all NSSK and community staffs
Implement proper activity to ensure target footfall and revenue achievement et by management
Ensure social and economic impact by supporting NSSK activities
Coordinate, prepare and submit weekly/monthly/quarterly reports
Maintain proper financial transactions, inventory management, quality of product and service in NSSK
Maintain and update the Center Management Software in daily basis
Communicating and ensuring regular attendance of medical officer, consultant and sonologist
In coordination with the accounts department, ensure smooth procurement at local level
Prepare monthly requisition of medicine and health commodities for both NSSK center and CHA to send requisition to head office
Prepare CHA bags with medicine and health commodities
Implementing all marketing plan and activities instructed by management
Keeping track of all kinds of financial transaction done in center and field level
Ensure client satisfaction at all level
Maintain regular communication with local influentials, community people through forums and ensure their participation in NSK activities
Perform any other responsibility assigned by the authority
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation
Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Requirements

Educational Requirements: Masters from any recognized University or Institute with minimum 2nd division or equivalent CGPA.

Experience Requirement: Minimum 2 years of working experience in managerial post is required.


Additional Requirements:
Good communication in Bangla and English
Adequate skills in computer applications to keep records
Data entry capabilities, staff management
Responds positively to critical feedback and differing points of view
Remains calm, in control and good humored even under pressure
