Position: Manager/ Senior Manager (Field Operation), Social Enterprise, BRAC Education Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:
* Lead the operation of BRAC Academy schools * Take initiatives to conduct local level survey to support strategic decisions and make cost assumptions for future/new projects * Visit and recommend potential locations for new BRAC Academy schools based on secondary and primary data analysis * Draft and complete agreements with land owners for new and approved BRAC Academy locations under the guidance of the supervisor * Actively contribute in recruitment of teaching and admin staff for BRAC Academy and support in building their capacity * Lead purchase, other operational activities and infrastructural development process to ensure launch of new BRAC Academy schools by planned date * Obtain registration from KG Association and maintain legal status with City Corporation and others * Support school head in preparing, collecting and maintaining all administrative and legal documents * Support school head in forming local school management committee, managing local issues and crisis in coordination with the field operations team * Support the school head in planning and implementing effective parents meeting * Monitor school level practices, operational expenses and adherence to policies * Coordinate with RMs to get local level support in new school opening and regular operation and monitoring * Provide strategic support to multi-classroom schools to achieve sustainability and improve performance, and support cross functional teams in common projects.
Educational Requirements:
The candidate must have MBA in any discipline with minimum CGPA 2.50 or 2nd class/ division or equivalent result in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirements:
At least 5 years
Additional Job Requirements:
*Experience in field operations management, staff planning and management * Expertise in opening new schools based on market analysis (preferred)/readiness of premises/outlets for new product launch * Ability to prioritize' tasks and meet deadlines * Knowledge on budget preparation * Good written and oral communication skills both in English and Bangla * ICT skills (MS word, Excel and Power Point)
