Position: Manager/Sr. Manager, Marketing, Social Enterprise (BRAC Education Programme)

Job Description/Responsibilities:
* Design, implement and oversee all marketing and advertising strategies for new BRAC schools, specially the newly launched BRAC Academy * Manage and coordinate agencies in designing creative materials, create a wide range of different marketing materials and print the same cost effectively * Work closely with management and vendors in developing a long term identity for BRAC Academy and other BRAC schools eventually, and take overall responsibility for brand management * Work closely with the local field operations team in planning and implementing local level promotions * Monitor competitors’ marketing strategies and suggest recommendations to grab more market share * Conduct market research and analyze demographics to delimit target market for BRAC Academy, potential multi-classroom and secondary schools * Track effectiveness of implemented campaigns and tailor future campaign plans accordingly * Coordinate with operations manager to plan and complete all school branding plans in sync with the school opening date * Actively support the operations manager, field team and the school head in their preparation for school launch * Visit schools regularly to see opportunities and understand promotional needs to increase enrollment round the year * Develop effective parent engagement programmes and regularly interact with parents to gain insights and build positive relationships * Maintain liaison with media and other internal and external stakeholders who can support in upholding the image of BRAC schools
Educational Requirements:
The candidate should have BBA/ MBA in any discipline with minimum CGPA 2.5/ 2nd class or equivalent result in all academic examinations from any reputed university. (BBA/ MBA in Marketing will be given preference)
Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 Years
Additional Job Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years marketing experience with at least 2 years in a managerial position will be given preference * Must be expert in Strategic Planning, Budgeting, Independent decision making and thinking out of box. * Must have Good Communication, Report writing, Presentation skills, Computer skills and project management skills * Must have Problem solving ability, Analytical ability, Strong interpersonal, People management, Persuasion and negotiation skills * Familiar in the area of PR and media management * Good people manager and work culture developer * He/ She should be able to design Monitoring tools and Techniques
Age Range: Maximum 40 Years
