HR Business Partner, Asia/ Africa/ Microfinance

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Propose organization design and perform change management initiatives in respond to the need of organization changes and culture management
Build strategic partnership and collaboration with line functions to create ground for acceptance & friendly adoption of HR strategies by business units
Perform and facilitates the overall performance management system for employee development & organizational improvement
Act as a mirror of HR into line function to establish single point of contact for Line functions on all HR related issue
Support the line function for people planning and propose new policies, process, procedure to achieve Competency & organizational capabilities with periodical review.
Provides guidance and input on workforce planning, program unit restructures, and succession planning, ensuring that core HR processes are applied appropriately and in a legally compliant manner.
Will be responsible for managing people cost and oversee HR budget of the respective country
To develop strategies for people management, succession planning, and talent management for key managerial positions and for stakeholders. The HR Business Partner also develops a power plan for the business in order to guarantee that resources are managed strategically.
To analyze trends in partnership with other Country HR teams in order to develop and enhance solutions, processes, and programs that address current problems and also to avoid future issues. The role would assist in the measuring, validating, and testing of the effectiveness of metrics that are applied by the programs to assess and drive quality optimization.
Oversees and manages complex employee-relations issues, supporting formal appeals and hearings while simultaneously coaching the relevant managers on management best practices. Will be acting as a “Safeguarding Custodian” for the country and will be working closely with the Safeguarding Advisor in HQ. Others: (Safeguarding)
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.



Educational Requirements: Bachelor/ Master’s in Business Administration/ Management or any relevant subject from an accredited university in home or abroad.


Experience Requirement:
At least 5-6 years of working experience in HR with some exposure in HRBP area.
