Position: IT Officer, Automation Unit, Microfinance Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Deliver support as Single Point of Contact of Automation unit to multiple field level offices of Microfinance Programme
Provide level-1 Software Applications support
Provide level-1 & level-2 IT Infrastructure support: - Computing Device: Desktop, Laptop, TAB etc. - Office Equipment: Printer, Scanner, Projector etc. - Network Equipment: Modem, SIM, Router, Switch, Access Points etc. - Power: Generator, UPS, AVR, IPS etc.
Ensure execution of periodic & ad-hoc maintenance & health-check activities
Participate in related cross-functional projects
Conduct technical training to related stakeholders
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor / Diploma in CSE or equivalent from any reputed educational institute.
Experience Requirements:

No experience required
Candidates with 6-12 months of related experience will be given preference
