Logistics Officer, Admin and Logistics (Contractual); Humanitarian Crisis Management Programme
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Supervise office cleaner and office assistant as applicable
Coordinate workshop & meeting arrangement
Coordinate events as necessary
Maintain supply inventory
Ensure logistics supports to sectors at branch level
Assist operation team in branch level to ensure admin supports
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and
exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place,encourage others to do so
Requirements
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s in any discipline from any recognised university/ institution
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 1 year of experience in logistics support
Additional Requirements:
Commitment to an understanding of BRAC core values and principles
Have minimum reporting skill.
Willingness to live and work in difficult and rapidly changing conditions
Ability and willingness to travel and stay in the field
Have excellent knowledge on Office Applications.
Excellent language skills both English and Bangali
