Upazila Manager, Gender Justice and Diversity Programme
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Prepare monthly plan as per plan, monthly qualitative and quantitative progress report within time to the concern authority and document properly
Organise and facilitate student, teacher, student watch group, community watch group workshop and training for different stakeholder as per programme target
Follow up student watch group, community watch group, school, teacher and the initiative of different platform
Functioning community watch group for community mobilisation against sexual harassment and VAWC
Organise district level inception meeting, learning sharing meeting, day celebration, contact with government officers and law enforcement agencies and include them with programme activities
Regular field visit effectively to implement programme
Practice, promote, encourage and follow the procedures of the safeguarding policy and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action among team members and in case of any reportable incident
Requirements
Educational Requirements:
Masters in Social Science from any reputed university with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA 2.00 in all academic examinations
Experience Requirement:
At least 1 year professional experience in the field of gender and development and violence against women issues
Additional Requirements:
Basic understanding on Gender & Women Empowerment issues
Respect and obey to organisational culture and values
Good capacity and management skills of field work
Ability to work in multi-culture and interaction work environment, under pressure with utmost dedication and integrity
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Facilitated different training session, workshop and meeting
