Position: Assistant Manager, Microfinance Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Manage & supervise regional IT Officers of the Automation Unit from Head Office.
Maintain & develop staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training.
Track progress & assess the performance of IT officers based on set objectives.
Oversee routine & periodic operational activities related to Software Applications & IT Infrastructure (Computing Device, Office Equipment, Network Equipment, Power, etc.).
Perform frequent field visits to conduct a meeting, deliver knowledge development sessions & gather end-user feedback.
Participate in Infrastructure & Helpdesk related cross-functional projects
Manage internal and external stakeholders & partners
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor in CSE or equivalent from any reputed educational institute.
Experience Requirements:

4 to 5 years of relevant experience
Proven work experience in a people management role
