Manager, Knowledge Management and Communications, Ultra-Poor Graduation Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Ensure proper accumulation of knowledge generated within the Programme, promote sharing of those knowledge and facilitate seamless exchange of information across different units of UPG Programme.
Create a knowledge hub in order to store and disseminate knowledge. Identify and share more creative, efficient and effective ways to engage audiences and facilitate sharing and collaboration
Ensure proper documentation of UPG Programme interventions. Proofread content developed by Programme, contribute to develop and manage UPG Programme’s strategic documents (Strategy paper, Annual Report, Progress Reports, AoP, etc.)
Act in the processes of identifying, documenting and disseminating lessons learned and good practices. Go on regular field visits in order to interview Programme beneficiaries, produce case studies and be updated on Programme developments on the field level.
Lead in encouraging employees to share knowledge, ensuring they are aware of the knowledge management resources available to support their work, are appropriately trained and are using the knowledge management hub efficiently and productively.



Educational Requirements: Masters preferably in Social Science, Communications, Journalism, Media Relations, Business Administration or other relevant subjects from any recognised educational institute with minimum second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations.


Experience Requirement: Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Knowledge management, Report writing and Communications.

Additional Requirements:
Maintain liaison with other mainstreaming Programme of BRAC.
Work with core team on proposal writing.

Age: Maximum 35 years
