Senior Manager, ERP Procurement

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Lead implementation of different types of processes in ERP.
Support the entire process of ERP implementation by providing Procurement related information, feedback, and suggestion.
Responsible for providing detailed requirements for respective features under ERP Procurement and Tender module.
Work closely with Business Analysts to ensure : All requirements are properly captured in Software Requirement Specification (SRS) document and all wireframes/prototypes are properly developed to reflect required functionality.
Lead the effort to prepare UAT test cases and train the UAT team accordingly.
Lead the UAT of the system before deploying to production
Check data validation before providing to vendor and ensure the accuracy of migrated data before accepting from vendor.
Plan and lead data cleansing.
Design and develop various type of MIS report.
Support on development of data analytics across BRAC.
Provide regular analytical reports on the progress and traceability of the project
Contributes to the development of case studies, proposals, deliverables or other valuable engagement knowledge and ensures such knowledge is recorded appropriately to enable access and use by others within the firm.
Act as a go to person of Procurement department for any business decision (i.e., requirement, business need, timeline, training, UAT etc.) relevant to ERP
Assist Program Head to monitor the overall project delivery and ensure it is in line with Contract and Agreement with Vendor
Assist Head of ERP to Communicates risk and issues validate the requirements, development plans, test cases, UAT, UAT signoffs, piloting etc.early to Leaders as appropriate
Coordinate amongst cross functional team to resolve dispute and prioritize development activities
Plan and work with internal as well as external teams to execute activities in time
Plan and lead internal trainings to ensure proper implementation and awareness of ERP
Constantly follow up with vendors along with Procurement and ERP Head on product development progress
Ensure customer feedback is collected, analyse them and incorporate to provide solutions to any discrepancy. Prepare Annual Procurement Plan aligning with Enterprises Annual Business Plan (ABP) and Program’s annual procurement requirement.
Follow up, monitor and report quarterly of Procurement Plan and amend as per requirement.
Prepare Annual Operating Plan (AOP) for the Department and report half yearly status.
Prepare Annual Budget for the department and submit monthly variance report.
Provide various reports within the timeline as required by management.
Lead technology driven projects in the department.



Educational Requirements: Bachelor in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management or any related discipline with minimum second class/ division or equivalent GPA / CGPA in all academic examinations


Experience Requirement: Minimum 5-6 years’ experience on rolling out ERP especially in Procurement and Supply Chain Management
