Deputy Manager, HR Operation, Human Resource & Learning Division
Job Description/Responsibilities:
Carry out resignation related activities of Head Office and communicate to respective programmes and departments to ensure the separation process flawless
Ensure exit interview of resigned staff of HO and compile information regarding the cause of resigning
Collect/receive separation relate documents from programmes/departments and arrange to disburse separation related letters such as termination, retirement, retrenchment, redundancy, discontinuation & dismissal letters on due time
Ensure Release Order from programme after getting separation report. After receiving the clearance from respective programmes, prepare final settlement calculation document and experience certificate, release letter accordingly
Update final payment related information in HRMS Module and other software
Communicate with respective programmes/units/HRD Field Offices regarding separation and final payment issues as well as if there are issues such as financial or other misconducts of separated staff
Coordinate and liaison between BRAC International and programmes through HR for placement of expatriate
Analyse facts and findings of causes of separation and prepare reports for management which have significant impact on employee retention and attrition analysis
Support team members in cross-functional issues
Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so
Requirements
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor in any discipline from any recognized University with minimum
CGPA 2.5 and/or above.
Experience Requirement:
3-5 years of experience in similar role is needed.
Additional Requirements:
Sound knowledge on Excel, Word and other MS Office software.
Clear understanding on Bangladesh Labor Act
Strong communication and analytical skills
Good writing skills both in Bengali and English
