Position

Officer, IT, Human Resource & Learning Division


Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Provide ICT Support Services to HR Staff
  • Provide hardware, software and network support to HR Staff and update all system and application software and hardware
  • Plan, schedule and conduct training/orientation on new technology to stake holder as per requirements to increase knowledge on IT/IS
  • Maintain and update inventory of ICT product
  • Conduct training/orientation on ERP and take user feedback for enhancement
  • Provide end user support on new and existing software for smooth operations of HRLD activities
  • Provide software support to Upazilla Accounts Manager
  • Module development of ICT training/orientation
  • Frequent field visit as per need
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Requirements

Educational Requirements:

B.Sc. in CSE/EEE or Masters in any discipline with Diploma in IT.

Experience Requirement:

One year relevant experience is required.


Additional Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill.
  • Proper understanding on ICT services for HR
  • Ready for frequent field visits
