Requirements
Educational Requirements:
Masters or Bachelors in Business Administration, having concentration in Finance / Economics from any recognised university with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 7 years of relevant work experience in any reputed Development / Business organisation, with minimum 3 years of experience in Risk Management field
Additional Requirements:
- Excellent knowledge on the functions and programmes of a development organisation including knowledge on strategy and management of large work force
- Expertise on Advanced Microsoft Excel
- Understanding on ‘Risk vs. Reward’ skill
- Excellent ability to influence, drive change and resolve conflicts
- Excellent communication skill in both Bangla and English
- Ability to work independently as well as in team
- Ability to work in a fast paced and technology based development organisation
- Strong analytical, logical reasoning, and problem solving skills
- Should have strong leadership and negotiation skills
- Should have willingness to travel frequently
