Position

Strategic Assistant, Human Resources


Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and implementing the action plan and strategy of Human Resource Division.
  • Assist in workforce planning, budgeting and designing organizational structures of Human Resource Division.
  • Work as a focal person for all communication-related activities of Human Resource Division and maintain all communication of Director, HR.
  • Develop required reports, briefing papers, other related documents and prepare presentation for Director, HR.
  • Schedule and organise different meetings, conferences, workshops of Human Resource Division.
  • Manage Director’s schedule and Prepare meeting minutes.
  • Work closely with the HR strategy team to bring in positive cultural changes in the organization.

Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so

Educational Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.

Experience Requirement:

Minimum 01 year of relevant work experience in any reputed organisation is preferred. Freshers are also encouraged to apply.


Additional Requirements:

  • Knowledge in basic HR-related tasks and activities
  • Excellent MS Office knowledge
  • Outstanding organizational, time management and presentation skills
  • Familiarity with office gadgets and applications (e.g. e-calendars)
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Should have the ability to multitask, work independently and under pressure
  • Discretion and confidentiality
