Officer, Internal Audit, Internal Audit Department

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Conduct audit as per monthly audit schedule in line with Annual Audit Plan.
  • Ensure quality of audit reports and meet management expectation through meeting, discussion with management along with proper documentation .
  • Ensure preservation of sufficient and appropriate documentation against audit findings.
  • Assist to prepare documents for Internal Audit review Management Committee meeting and Quarterly Summary Reports.
  • Communicate with different zone, division and section within the department for successful implementation of Annual Audit Plan.
  • Maintain coordination with programmes and other department for audit related matters and regarding update of circular during the year.
  • Exchange views and satisfy queries of staffs and supervisor for smooth operation of IAD
  • Provide on the job training to juniors within engagement team.
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.




Educational Requirements:

M.Com/ MBA in Finance and Accounting from any recognised university with minimum one first class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. No third class/ division or below CGPA 2.00 is acceptable.


Experience Requirement:

Minimum 1 years of experience preferably in Internal Audit or Accounts department.

Additional Requirements:

  • Strong auditing and IT skills.
  • Have knowledge on internal audit and accounts.
  • Have sound analytical and problem solving ability.
  • Must have positive attitude for field visit per month.
