Position

Deputy Manager, Operations Analyst, Microfinance Programme


Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Capitalize Big Data to analyze the business and people performance of Microfinance Operations team to aid in taking informed business decisions.
  • Facilitate data-driven decision-making agenda of Microfinance programme by continuously analyzing MIS data and ensure layer by layer capacity improvement of the Operations team to ensure data-driven decision making.
  • Ensure proper data management, data analysis for the operations team (data digitization, development of formats).
  • To attain the greater vision of BRAC MF ensure visible contribution in long and short term strategic, Operations planning, AoP and Budget and tracking of plan vs. achievement.
  • Provide strategic input in bringing visible efficiency and productivity in operational activity by understanding Operational processes and business models.
  • Develop and implement new Business Intelligence tools, data analytics tools, forecasting models to facilitate Operations in taking business decisions effectively and efficiently.
  • Coordinate with other Microfinance units to track the Annual Activity Grid of Operations and report planned vs. deviations in the critical activities.
  • Gather knowledge and regular analysis in regulatory changes, competition information and sector status to help Senior Management of Operations inform the critical changes in the sector and regulatory framework
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance, and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Requirements

Educational Requirements:

  • MBA/BBA in Finance and Marketing or equivalent from any reputed educational institute.

Experience Requirement:

  • 1-3 years of experience in Business Analysis, data analytics area.
