Programme Organiser, Retail Project; Skills Development Programme (Project Staff)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Conduct learner survey and short-list learner as per operation manual by using SDP’s business intelligence platform.
  • Organise different orientation and meetings such as learners-parents meeting, meeting with community leaders etc.
  • Prepare bill vouchers, budget and maintain documents as per project requirement.
  • Create bKash account for learners and ensure job placement of the learners and follow up accordingly.
  • Provide support to communication, knowledge management, decent work and M&E team of SDP as per need and when required.
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.



Educational Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters in any discipline from any recognised university with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.


Experience Requirement:

Candidates having previous work experience in technical and vocational education and skills sector (Government/Non-Government) will be given preference.

Additional Requirements:

  • Competent in app browsing in Tablet PC/Android phone.
  • Sound communication and networking skills.
  • Excellent programme organising, documentation and time management skills.
