Requirements
Educational Requirements:
Master’s in any disciplines or any other relevant discipline from any recognised University with minimum second class in all exams/CGPA 2.5 and above or equivalent.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum experience of 6 years with NGOs, UN agency or international development organisation and out of 6 years at least 3 years’ experience in Advocacy position will give preference.
Additional Requirements:
- Current national and global development trends related to women empowerment, , gender and justice, legal aid, rights based approach, access to information; SDGs.
- Sound knowledge and understanding Project cycle management, results based management and rights based approach.
- Skills of Leadership and people management, Strategic thinking, Decision making and problem solving, Communication and documentation.
- Excellent analytical skills.
