Position

Centre Manager, Health-Urban Development Programme (Contractual)


Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Perform all kinds of administrative works in context of management decision.
  • Supervise and monitor of all BUH&DC BRAC Outreach center and community staffs.
  • Ensure Quality of care to the target group of beneficiaries.
  • Ensure proper preventive strategies’ for infection control in the center.
  • Coordinate, prepare and submit weekly/monthly/quarterly reports.
  • Maintain proper financial transactions, inventory management, quality of product and service in the BUH&DCs.
  • Maintain and update the Center Management Software in daily basis.
  • Communicating and ensuring regular attendance of medical officer, consultant and sinologist.
  • In coordination with the accounts department, ensure smooth procurement at local level.
  • Prepare monthly requisition of medicine and health commodities for both BUHC&DCs center and BOC send requisition to head office.
  • Prepare CHWs bags with health commodities. Ensure client satisfaction at all level.
  • Implementing all marketing plan and activities instructed by management.
  • Keeping track of all kinds of financial transaction done in center and field level.
  • Maintain regular communication with local influential, community people through forums and ensure their participation in NSK activities.
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Requirements

Educational Requirements:

Masters from any recognized UGC approved university with minimum all 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA. Third division/ class or CGPA below 2.00 is not acceptable.

Experience Requirement:

Minimum 05 years’ of working experience with NGOs, UN agency or international development organization including 03 years’ experience in the Health project or programme or Health Care services sector is mandatory. Substantial experience in operations management of large scale, complex programmes/projects and urban development interventions will be given preference.
