Requirements
Educational Requirements:
Masters in Social Science/ Sociology/ Anthropology/ Development Studies/ Women & Gender Studies from any recognised university with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA 2.00 in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirement:
3-5 years professional experience in gender mainstreaming, Gender Based Violence, Engaging men and Boys, Disability Inclusion in the Host and Rohingya Community in Cox’s Bazar.
Additional Requirements:
- Good understanding of the conceptual issues of Gender, Women empowerment and Disability Inclusion.
- Have skills on Project Management.
- Competencies on Gender analysis of programs, materials, policies.
- Have skills on facilitate Training Needs Assessment (TNA).
- Must demonstrate management skills in a team oriented environment, problem solving and decision making.
- Budget preparation and expenditure tracking.
- Have skills on communication and documentation.
