Requirements
Educational Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline from a reputed university
Experience Requirement:
- Minimum 6 years of experience in talent and leadership development, including 5 years hands-on experience in Organisational Development, Talent Management, Mentoring, Coaching, Counseling, Training & Development, Human Centered Design or Human Capital Development .
Additional Requirements:
- Post-graduation Diploma in Adult Education, Human Resource Management (PGDHRM), Psychology, Cognitive Science or certification on coaching, counseling, mentoring and negotiation will be an added advantage.
