Audiovisual Campaign Manager, Communications Department (Contractual)

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Produce audiovisual content for programmes, campaigns, and digital media
Support internal communications with audiovisual contents, interviews etc
Manage physical studio and all equipment, along with and audiovisual storage and distribution
Audiovisual support for executive-level events
In-house corporate photography (i.e. executive level, event coverage) and produce audiovisual content
Ensure the distribution of video and images for events, news, website, presentation, filming etc.
Support video shoot and editing. Audio visual (AV) set up, control and monitoring.
Procure and maintain BRAC’s web gallery and ensure changes and feedback from all stakeholders regarding management and usability of the gallery
Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Requirements

Educational Requirements:

Bachelor in any discipline from any reputed educational institute.

Experience Requirement:

At least three to five years of experiences in handling the following
AV software - Photoshop, Premier Pro and Light room
Experience in Photography and Videography;
Technical know-how about indoor studio, digital camera and equipment
