Requirements
Educational Requirements:
Bachelors/ Masters in Business Administration/ Public Administration/ Marketing/ Tourism & Hospitality Management from any recognised university with minimum 2nd division/ class or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 2-3 years’ of relevant work experience in any reputed commercial/ development organisation
Additional Requirements:
- Understanding of NGO sector and economic and social context of the country
- Firm knowledge on project management and incentive mechanisms
- Strong networking and communication skills
- Well versed in corporate communications and dealing with Government officials, marketers, public affairs and/or in other related fields
- Must have excellent writing skills in both English and Bangla
- Must have excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Should be able to supervise and manage team
- Should possess ability to think critically and analytically
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
