Senior Manager, Field Operations Management, Human Resource Division

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Plan, design, supervise and coordinate key HR processes of field HR operations to meet staff/ field management expectations ensuring quality and effectiveness and identifies trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Engage with people from different programme using a collaborative and consultative approach that builds personal and functional credibility at all levels of the field management to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Guide, advise and coordinate staff’s organisational development, training and capacity development process.
  • Ensure optimal coverage/ of Field HR staff across all branch and area offices and that the HR staff are delivering services effectively.
  • Plan and deliver training, coaching and mentoring required to ensure that Field HR teams possess the capability and confidence to perform to the highest level.

           Safeguarding Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.



Educational Requirements:

  • Graduate in any discipline from any recognised university with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.


Experience Requirement:

  • Minimum 6 - 8 years’ relevant experience

Additional Requirements:

  • Sound knowledge in HR, people management, customer service and labor law.
  • Excellent coordination, negotiation, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Strong written and communication skills.
  • Competencies on team management, partnership building, financial and cost effectiveness
  • Should be adaptive, gender sensitive and empathetic.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.).
