Client Services Coordinator, Communication Department
Job Description/Responsibilities:

We are looking for a client services coordinator to strategically support our programmes, with a particular interest in the areas of health, nutrition and population.
This is a role for a resilient and efficient multi-tasker who can think strategically, manage a team, deliver on deadline and approach relationships and projects with flexibility, creativity and a can-do-spirit.
Job description:
You will be a part of the programme and enterprise communications team, which could mean anything from building the brand of a new social enterprise to figuring out how to change behaviour to mitigate climate risks.
You will work with a team of dedicated communications staff across BRAC’s social programmes, social enterprises, social investments and BRAC University. You will ensure that our entities are taking a strategic approach to communications, ensure global visibility, support high-profile events, manage major communications initiatives and events and lead field visits.
This role will offer you on-the-job training and the opportunity to stretch past limits, acquire new skills and broaden your depth of knowledge in the development sector. You will have the opportunity to work with globally renowned humanitarian and development experts.
Ultimately, your contributions will strengthen BRAC’s reputation among external stakeholders and enhance the sense of pride among our staff. Your work will increase visibility of our programmes and positively influence mindsets to create change.
Requirements
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor's degree from any government recognised University/ Institute in communications, journalism, economics, public health, humanitarian studies, or development studies.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 2 years of working experience.
Additional Requirements:
It is a plus if you have worked in the humanitarian or development sector, but not necessary. Applicants with previous experience in the health sector will be preferred. It is essential that you are fluent in both spoken and written English and Bengali.
