Position

Manager, Learning Experience and Gamification, Leadership Academy


Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Design and manage different long term onboarding experiences for senior management
  • Work with leadership journey participants to develop customised immersive learning experience
  • Develop and implement core competency based learning journey for all staff
  • Assist in organising and facilitating activities for leadership development
  • Support competency framework rollout
  • Provide support to adapt best practices, new methods / processes from the industry and re-equip / update as per BRAC’s context and need
  • Establish knowledge management culture
  • Assist to design, implement and participate in appropriate forums (seminars, workshops, discussions, symposium etc.) related to leadership development both in and outside of BRAC
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Requirements

Educational Requirements:

  • Bachelors / Masters in Human Resources Management  / Public Administration / Psychology / Management/ Development Studies/ MBA/Any other relevant field

Experience Requirement:

  • 3-5 years of experience in experience designing including 1 year hands-on experience in Human Centered Design (HCD), organisational development (OD), change management, mentoring, coaching, counseling, and Training & Development (T&D).
