Requirements
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelors / Masters in Human Resources Management / Public Administration / Psychology / Management/ Development Studies/ MBA/Any other relevant field
Experience Requirement:
- 3-5 years of experience in experience designing including 1 year hands-on experience in Human Centered Design (HCD), organisational development (OD), change management, mentoring, coaching, counseling, and Training & Development (T&D).
