Requirements
Educational Requirements:
Master’s/Bachelor’s in any discipline from any recognised university with minimum 2nd division/class or equivalent GPA/CGPA in all academic examinations.
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 1 year of experience in a relevant position/field.
Additional Requirements:
- Substantial experience in operations management in the urban areas
- Experience of working with RMG workers and implementing pilot, large and complex projects successfully
- Competence in analysing the social and gender dynamics within urban set up
- Community organising and social mobilisation
- Excellent communication, presentation, organising and negotiation skills
- Skills in documentation, facilitation and reporting
- Awareness of political processes and protocols
- Should be adaptable, creative, motivated and flexible
