Deputy Manager, Admin, Ultra-Poor Graduation Programme

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Manage and monitor all the purchase of UPG Programme and keep smooth communication with the relevant stakeholders
  • Manage and monitor all the printing related activities for the programme
  • Manage and monitor supply, repairing, renovation and inventory of UPG fixed Assets and reporting on the same as and when required
  • Provide all kind of logistic support to UPG Programme
  • Scheduling and arranging various office events including various periodical meetings as well as ensure all the logistic arrangement
  • Supporting all logistics of or, managing meeting rooms and other related tasks
  • Receiving all the documents/ papers/ letters from various departments/ programs including UPG field offices and distributing those to relevant unit/ staff of UPG Programme
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme's goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so



Educational Requirements:

Masters in Management/ Social Science or any other relevant subject from any recognised university with minimum all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations. No third class/ division or below CGPA 2.00 is acceptable


Experience Requirement:

Minimum 2 years of working experience in the administrative and secretarial support. Working experience in development sector is preferable


Additional Requirements:

  • Must have Good knowledge on day to day office administration and secretarial support
  • Have good interpersonal skills, negotiation, problem solving and co-ordination skills                              
  • Have competency on client service and persuasiveness
