Senior Manager, Partnership Management & Operations, Health Nutrition and Population Programme (Contractual).

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Develop plans and implementation strategies to facilitate service delivery system for the assigned project in the working area
  • Provide administrative support for project implementation
  • Prepare/ revise project budgets and financial tracking of expenditure
  • Liaise with government health counterparts, UN, INGO and other stakeholders for the smooth operation of the project, ensure project alignment with DGHS directives and maintain effective working relationships
  • Ensure projects meet high standards in design, monitoring and evaluation
  • Collaborate with the cross functional team for ensuring effective and efficient implementation
  • Coordinate with different departments of BRAC, e.g. MIS & Monitoring unit of HNPP, Finance & Accounts, Procurement, HRD, BLD, Programme Support Unit (PSU), Monitoring & Investigation and Audit
  • Analyse emergency management information systems and program data to take evidence based decision for the improvement of the program
  • Establish a safeguarding culture across all level of the programme by implementing the safeguarding policy. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment
  • Responsible to ensure team members are appropriately trained, supported and have access to resources regarding issues that are identified and actioned in accordance with the safeguarding policy and procedure
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so



Educational Requirements:

Masters in Development Studies/ MPH from any recognised university with all second class/ division or equivalent GPA/ CGPA in all academic examinations


Experience Requirement:

At least 5 years of experience in partnership management

Additional Requirements:

  • Contemporary knowledge management, partnership development and management
  • Extensive knowledge on COVID-19 management
  • Knowledge of donor regulations, financial management and budget
  • Have strong interpersonal, communications, organizational and team building ability
  • Have fluency in written and spoken English and Bengali
  • Must have outstanding networking and strong negotiation skills
  • Experience of establishing and maintaining networks at local, national and global level
  • Have analytical and strategic thinking ability
  • Must have problem solving skills and strong coordination capacity, adaptation to changes and stress management capacity
