Position

Assistant Manager, Technology, Microfinance


Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Act as Central Focal Point-of-Contact to all relevant suppliers and stakeholders on behalf of Microfinance Technology unit for advanced support & services;
  • Ensure 2nd level & beyond support by Selected Supplier Vendor to all IT Hardware devices with proper tracking and service management as per contract agreement;
  • Track issues escalated to suppliers & assess suppliers’ performance based on agreed service level agreement (SLA);
  • Carryout RND for new technological solutions and ensure supplier adapt technological changes and provide optimum required support;
  • Manage administrative control of devices, users, passwords and software license keys with proper security and ownership.
  • Build, manage & maintain relationship with respective suppliers & stakeholders;
  • Coordinate with respective Technology Officers at Regions for proper escalation of supports and services.
  • Conduct knowledge sharing to suppliers and relevant stakeholders.
  • Participate in related cross-functional projects
  • Ensure the safety of team members from any harm, abuse, neglect, harassment and exploitation to achieve the programme’s goals on safeguarding implementation. Act as a key source of support, guidance and expertise on safeguarding for establishing a safe working environment.
  • Practice, promote and endorse the issues of safeguarding policy among team members and ensure the implementation of safeguarding standards in every course of action.
  • Follow the safeguarding reporting procedure in case any reportable incident takes place, encourage others to do so.

Educational Requirements:

Diploma/Bachelor in CSE or equivalent from any reputed educational institute.

  • 5 to 6 years of relevant experience
  • Should have proven work experience in IT service management and supplier handling
