Requirements
Educational Requirements:
- Graduate in any discipline from any recognised university
Experience Requirement:
- 3-5 years of experience in customer experience management or key accounts management. Excellent know-how on relationship management ways to measure and implement highest customer satisfaction level.
Additional Requirements:
- Post-graduation Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGHRM) will be an added advantage
- Certification on customer experience management, key account management and / or relationship management
- Excellent in communication and presentation Skill
