Requirements
Educational Requirements:
Bachelor’s/ Diploma in Engineering in Civil/ Agriculture/ Climate Change/ Social Science/ or any discipline from any recognized university/ institution
Experience Requirement:
Minimum 02 years of experience in the development sector including 01 year experience in climate change/ livelihood/ water sanitation or relevant experience
Additional Requirements:
- Knowledge on Climate Change Adaptation and Resilience
- Knowledge on community capacity building initiatives
- Knowledge on climate-resilient drinking water solutions at household level
- Having knowledge on gender, environmental and social compliance issues
- Excellent organization, coordination, report writing and team management skills.
- Strong communication, presentation and advocacy skills
